• Components During the Event:

  • Educational Component

    • Visit the 5 major areas of study

      • Professors and students from these areas will be there to inform and educate the students. 

    • Visit the Advising Table

      • “Resources to Help Guide Your Way” will be the title of the table.

  • Game Component (One or both of these games)

    • Each student will receive a car at the start of the event, and if they fill up that car with at least 4 "people" then they have the chance to enter into a drawing for a big prize.

      • The four spots to fill the car are the student, each of the four major tables, and the advising table.

      • They will fill up the car by receiving a sticker from each spot.

    • The students will spin the wheel and depending on what number they land on will depend on how many raffle tickets they are allowed to enter into the different prize give aways.

    • The contact information form they fill out will have need their name, phone number, and email address.

  • Food Component

    • Visit the Food/Refreshments Table

    • This table will consist of candy, chips, and water

      • “Refuel” will be the title.

• Departure: 5:30pm

  • Students will receive a gift of coupons, hats, draw string bags, pens, etc. that were donated from surrounding stores or companies in the area
