We made up our own floor plan for our event to help strategize and visualize what our room could look like. Because we wanted our theme of "The Game of Life" to be as real as possible, we added in colored tiles, arrows to help make decisions, and "pay day" tiles on the ground leading to each specialized area of the room Each program got their own table, plus the registration table, advising table, and prize table. The food table got a special round table specifically to be decorated to look like the Game of Life spinner. Our photo booth was near the exit, hopefully letting patrons leave with a fun memory of riding in the car of LIFE and a picture to prove it.
